1. Who we are
This website is operated by 7W Group Holdings Ltd, trading as OQENTA, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17495224, whose registered office is at Office 1 Engine House, Marshalls Yard, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 2NA ("OQENTA", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice. Our registration number on the Information Commissioner's register is ZC289611.
You can contact us about this notice or your personal information at hello@oqenta.co.uk, or by post at our registered office.
2. Information we collect
This website has no contact forms, accounts, analytics or advertising tags. We collect:
- Emails you send us — your name, email address, company and role, and anything else you choose to include, for example when you ask for a demo or make an enquiry.
- Technical information — when you visit, Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website, processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request so that it can deliver the website and keep it secure. We do not keep website logs of our own.
You do not have to give us any information to use this website. If you want us to reply to you, we need your email address.
3. How we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo or consultation. Where you ask about becoming a client, we do this to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and developing our business.
- To deliver the website and keep it secure. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website and protecting it from misuse.
- To meet legal obligations, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered that our use is limited to what you would reasonably expect and does not override your rights. You can object at any time (section 8). We do not use your information for automated decision-making, we do not add website visitors to marketing lists, and we do not sell personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We use these service providers, who process personal information for us under data processing terms:
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) — our email, including messages you send us.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, domain name services and security.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to professional advisers and insurers where necessary.
5. International transfers
Cloudflare and Microsoft are part of groups headquartered in the United States, and personal information they process may be handled outside the UK. Cloudflare's data processing terms rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and on the International Data Transfer Addendum issued by the Information Commissioner where that does not apply. Transfers by Microsoft are protected by the safeguards in Microsoft's Data Protection Addendum. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you. We review our mailbox regularly and delete enquiries once that period has passed. We may keep information for longer where the law requires it, where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim, or where we have another legitimate business reason, such as an ongoing conversation with you. If you become a client, your information is kept under the terms of our client agreement instead. Cloudflare keeps technical information under its own retention policy.
7. Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections and has no forms or accounts. Access to our email and website accounts is restricted to authorised people and protected by multi-factor authentication.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, and to ask us to correct, delete or restrict it. You can object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests, and in some cases ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@oqenta.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so that we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.
